If you are outside the US, it is becoming harder and harder to "adjust" the customs forms, so PLEASE BE AWARE that any duties or fees your country requires is the buyers responsibility!
All domestic shipments will have tracking info for your peace of mind, and mine! If you are concerned about your delivery, please let us know when you place your order and we would be happy to have your hat routed to the nearest UPS access point for you to pick up (i.e. your local Staples, Michaels or UPS store).
PLEASE NOTE: UPS does not usually ship to PO Boxes, so please be sure to leave your PHYSICAL address when you place your order, or we can have it sent to an access point for you!
I will send you the tracking number within a day of shipment. IF YOU BUY MORE THAN ONE HAT- Etsy only has ONE slot for a tracking number, so if you buy more than one, the other tracking number will be sent to you in a message.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Generally speaking, for hygienic reasons, I do not accept returns, but please, if you are in any way unhappy, PLEASE message us first! And PLEASE measure your head before you order!!!
If you receive your hat and it is somehow faulty, please contact us. We stand by our work, and will make it right!
*If you need to have your hat by a specific day, please leave that date in the "note to seller" box at checkout or message me with the date you need it by and we will do our best to make sure it arrives in time!
We do accept special orders, however this is on a limited basis. If you are interested, please message me (please include the date you need to have it by) and I will let you know if there is space available for your order. I also keep a "heads up" list, so if space for a special order is not available, let me know your size and what you had in mind and I will give you a "heads up" message if any you may be interested in become available. BUT PLEASE NOTE: the Heads Up list is a courtesy and does not guarantee that one with your description will come available.
We do accept Custom orders, however this is on a limited basis. Please see our policies page for more info.
We typically carry hats for heads sized between 21" up to 25" (in half in intervals). You can narrow your search by size, and see what we have available by selecting the corresponding tab in the "shop sections" of our Etsy page. If your head size falls outside of those measurements, not to worry! Consider having a special order made! We can make them any size you need!
All hats come with care instructions and tips in the box upon delivery!
I'm sorry, we do not accept wholesale orders, and do not give permission for you to resell them.
*HOW TO MEASURE YOUR HEAD*
Use a soft tape measure (like the kind found in a sewing kit) to measure around your forehead about an inch and a half (about two fingers width) above eyebrows at the front, just above the tops of your ears at the sides, and just above the base of your skull at the back, on me its about three fingers from where the neck joint meets my head. This is the measurement you want to stick closest to when selecting your hat. If you fall on a 1/4" or 3/4" mark, I recommend rounding down to the nearest half inch to allow for stretch.
*PLEASE NOTE: If you know that you have a sensitive head, round up to the nearest half inch when you measure, BUT NO MORE! anything more than 1/2" WILL FALL INTO YOUR EYES!
