A few years ago I was lucky enough to get an antique straw braid machine that is over 100 years old! After some tinkering, I'm starting to get the hang of the old curmudgeon.
The braid used on this hat is a scalloped Poly straw (I think its a blend, but it was a lot end, so I don't have as much info as I would normally) and is water resistant, and has a lovely texture.
This cute little thing is adorned with and orange/yellow two toned band with yellow daisy flowers!
Perfect for the garden witch!
It has approx. 7" wide brim, and approx. 12" pointed peak.
All of our hats come with a hat care instructions in the box! Please be sure to check the packaging well so you don't miss it!
WHY BUY OUR HATS?!?
Simply said, Quality. Don't be fooled by other "hand made" witch hats, my husband and I are fully trained Milliners and every hat we offer is made completely by us in our workshop. Our hat bases are designed and made (again, by us) completely from scratch with industrial level equipment and supplies to ensure the base hat is the highest quality and structure available. Our hats are sturdy, structured and keep their shape. Yep! NO FLIMSY HAT BASES! We then decorate each and every one into a work of art as unique as the Witch who wears it. We take pride in our work and create every piece with the love, care. We hope you enjoy our hats as much as we do!

I'm sorry, we do not accept wholesale orders, and do not give permission for you to resell them.
*HOW TO MEASURE YOUR HEAD*
Use a soft tape measure (like the kind found in a sewing kit) to measure around your forehead about an inch and a half (about two fingers width) above eyebrows at the front, just above the tops of your ears at the sides, and just above the base of your skull at the back, on me its about three fingers from where the neck joint meets my head. This is the measurement you want to stick closest to when selecting your hat. If you fall on a 1/4" or 3/4" mark, I recommend rounding down to the nearest half inch to allow for stretch.
*PLEASE NOTE: If you know that you have a sensitive head, round up to the nearest half inch when you measure, BUT NO MORE! anything more than 1/2" WILL FALL INTO YOUR EYES!
